The purpose of this document is to specifically outline roles and responsibilities, usage, communications, references to policies, and generally answer question about the DSA's implementation of the SharePoint framework.

It should be recognized that this document will continue to evolve as the functionality and versions of this framework continually improve and further questions arise.


The specific functions of this document are:

  • Identify roles and responsibilities for all users.
  • Identify data and site owners.
  • Outline relevant site and content standards and policies for the Disability Services Agency's team sites.
  • Clearly define usage parameters.
  • Explain terminology, support and available training.
